- `fetch`: Fetch the published editorial text, dates, primary sources and correction history of an exact day identifier returned by search or list_days.
- `list_days`: List days on a date or in an inclusive date range (maximum 366 days). Defaults to today in Europe/Rome. Resolves movable annual dates and excludes expired recur
- `list_topics`: List public topic names, slugs and record counts. Use a slug as the topic filter in search or list_days.
