- `cpfs_check_scope`: Checks if the files the AI touched are inside TARGET FILES.
- `cpfs_end_attempt_success`: Marks a task as done, refusing if free-tier is exhausted, VERIFY BY is not agreed, or there is no real-test evidence.
- `cpfs_enter_license`: Enters a license key, verified offline by the WASM core.
- `cpfs_get_feature_log`: Retrieves the development history log for the current feature.
- `cpfs_refresh_ai_context`: Regenerates the active rule and writes it to every AI client's auto-read rules file.
- `cpfs_set_telemetry`: Opt in or out of telemetry, default OFF, reversible.
- `cpfs_start_feature`: Starts a new feature by setting TARGET FILES and defining success criteria, writing the log under logs/development_history/.
- `cpfs_status`: Returns native core version, free-tier cap/usage, and active feature.
