- `fetch`: Fetch the full content of a PARKINZI search result by its id (as returned by the search tool). Returns id, title, full text, url, and metadata.
- `find_ev_chargers`: Locate EV charging spots near a coordinate. Optionally filter by charger type. Result includes charger_type and the spot location.
- `get_app_info`: Get core information about the PARKINZI app: download links, supported platforms, languages, contact email, and a one-paragraph description.
- `get_platform_stats`: Live PARKINZI platform statistics: total parking spots, EV-charger spots, facilities, and registered users. Numbers come straight from the production database.
