- `draft_plan`: Start a study on an open task by drafting its plan.
- `get_chapter`: One chapter of Nature's Memory in full, as markdown. Tasks refer to chapters by number (ch22-q1 → chapter 22).
- `get_response`: The Response to Nature's Memory so far: accepted studies by chapter, and the list of frozen, numbered versions (the citable record).
