- `get_listing`: Returns one RentalHunter listing by id: local-currency rent, locality, stay fit, furnishing (furnished, semi-furnished, unfurnished, or not specified), deposit,
- `guided_rental_questionnaire`: Reports which hunt fields are still missing. When city, stay length, and budget are present, searches inventory. Does not save an alert or collect an email.
- `list_cities`: Lists cities on RentalHunter, each city's budget currency, stay lengths, and the live USD rates.
- `listing_performance`: Returns status, the verified flag, and 7- and 30-day counts for one home this partner owns. A home owned by someone else is reported as not in your inventory.
- `my_leads`: Lists recent hunts that match this partner's homes. Seeker name and email stay hidden until this partner has already accepted that hunt. Phone numbers are never
- `my_listings`: Lists this partner's own homes with status, a verified flag, and counts of views, saves, matched hunts, and accepted hunts for the last 7 and 30 days. Requires 
- `ping`: Checks that the RentalHunter connector can reach its inventory. Returns ok, the public hunt URL, and the privacy, terms, and support links.
- `save_hunt_alert`: Saves a hunt alert for this query after the seeker agrees to share their email with partners whose listings match, and emails them when a home matches. Requires
- `search_rentals`: Searches RentalHunter inventory by city, locality, stay length, budget, and must-haves the seeker named. Set furnished true only when the seeker explicitly asks
- `suggestions`: Suggests improvements for this partner's homes, such as a home with no photos or rent far above the local median for the same city and bedrooms.
