- `add_memory`: Save a new piece of context to long-term memory so any tool can retrieve it later. Use short tags (comma-separated) for topics.
- `delete_memory`: Delete a memory by id. Get the id from search_memory or list_recent_memories output first.
- `list_recent_memories`: List the most recently saved memories, newest first. Useful for 'what have I been working on' style questions.
- `search_memory`: Search stored project memory for context relevant to a query. Returns the most relevant notes first, with a relevance score, tags, and source.
