- `build_afip_qr`: Builds the AFIP/ARCA fiscal QR URL for electronic invoices (RG 4291/2018). Returns the full URL string.
- `describe_invoice_type`: Looks up the A/B/C invoice type from emisor + receptor condicionIva.

- `validate_cuil`: Validates an Argentine CUIL for natural persons. Same mod-11 algorithm as validate_cuit, flags company prefixes (30/33/34) with a warning.
- `validate_cuit`: Validates Argentine CUIT or CUIL. Returns parsed components, entity type (persona física/jurídica), and check-digit verification.
